Job summary

Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Intelligence, to unlock revenue opportunities through analytics and forecasting.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Relations to translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support decision-making across the organization. This role emphasizes asking the right questions, identifying trends, and delivering measurable impact beyond traditional reporting, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, revenue operations, or related areas.
• Experience handling large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/query tool (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, customer, operational, and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to diagnose revenue performance and retention issues.
• Evaluate pipeline performance, conversion trends, and customer behavior for optimization.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to reveal key drivers and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Intelligence leaders and stakeholders to answer critical questions.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Help build scalable reporting and BI capabilities across the organization.
