Job summary

Asante in Medford, Oregon seeks a Revenue Integrity & Coding Manager to lead charge capture and chargemaster maintenance within the revenue cycle. This role ensures regulatory compliance, HIPAA transaction sets, and accurate coding for services across nursing, ED, and lab departments.

You will educate department managers, oversee audits, and respond to governmental and insurance audits, driving timely coding and pricing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Specialized education in medical terminology and coding systems CPT4, HCPCS and ICD-9 is required.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and coding regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage charge capture processes and chargemaster maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA transaction sets and regulatory requirements.
• Lead nurse audit functions and respond to government and insurer audits.
• Educate revenue-producing departments to improve chargemaster effectiveness and coding accuracy.
