Breach Secure Now is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to ensure accuracy of revenue, billing, payment, and customer data across systems. You will work with Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify issues, improve processes, and maintain reliable reporting from your remote home office in the United States.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/revenue operations, strong Excel skills, and Salesforce experience, with ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations or related.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze data across Salesforce, billing platforms, payment sources, and portals.
• Reconcile Salesforce data against billing sources and investigate discrepancies.
• Create and process monthly billing for distributor accounts.
• Develop reports, controls, and recurring processes to monitor data quality.
