Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support professional and hospital revenue capture across multiple care settings. You will educate providers and staff on accurate billing, monitor monthly and daily revenue data, and help optimize workflows within the Epic system and chargemaster processes.
The role emphasizes staying current with CMS and payer rules, implementing new revenue capture procedures, and coordinating with clinical staff to maximize accurate revenue
Competenze
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical/hospital billing practices, CMS regulations, and payer rules.
- Proficient in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding principles.
- Experience with Epic or similar hospital billing software and chargemaster processes.
Mansioni
- Provide revenue cycle support for professional services across on-site and off-site locations.
- Advise on charge capture workflows and contribute to process improvements.
- Monitor revenue reports and advise on corrective actions for negative trends.
- Collaborate with Epic analysts on charge capture modules and revenue software implementations.
- Maintain and report on departmental productivity and revenue capture initiatives.
- Stay current on government and payer coding, billing, and reimbursement rules.
