You will support chargemaster updates, work with Epic system analysts, monitor revenue reports, and design workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and net reimbursement across professional and facility billing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or finance preferred; if not, 4 additional years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Epic proficiency or certification in Charge Description Master (CDM).
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level revenue cycle support for professional services across locations and departments.
• Analyze charge capture workflows and recommend improvements for accurate professional and facility revenue.
• Monitor revenue and late charge reports; advise on negative trends and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with Epic analysts on charge capture modules during upgrades, testing and implementation.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards aligned with KPIs; support revenue capture initiatives.
