Job summary

Horizon Organic Dairy, LLC, is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management to join the Sales team in a strategic leadership role. The position leads pricing strategy, RGM initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Marketing to drive profitable growth.

The role may be remote with a preference for based in Broomfield, CO, hybrid. The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, RGM or trade funds management, preferred.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems is required.
• Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI or SPINS) is required.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA) for data modeling.
• Understanding of P&L components from top to bottom.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and RGM initiatives to drive profitable growth.
• Improve channel pricing and promotion effectiveness.
• Lead planning with Commercial and Sales Planning teams.
• Build tools to improve RGM capabilities across the organization.
• Lead pricing strategy recommendations for Horizon Organic Dairy.
• Develop promotions to drive market share and profitable growth.
• Analyze post-promotional results and market data to inform decisions.
• Communicate insights and actionable strategies to stakeholders.
