Horizon Organic is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning in Broomfield, CO. This role leads demand planning, forecast generation, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

You will build accurate forecasts, drive smarter decisions, and manage a team of three planners in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities include end-to-end forecasting, KPI definition, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading demand planning and forecast generation.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning across divisions and forecast accuracy initiatives.
• Own the monthly S&OP cycle and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts using historical data and market insights.
• Implement continuous improvement for forecast accuracy, bias tracking, and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels.
• Coach and develop a team of 3 demand planners.
