Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across all Lindt USA platforms, aligning brand strategy with sales execution. You will lead development of comprehensive sales strategies and collaborate with Marketing, NPD & Packaging, Sales, Category Management, and Retail Partners to bring products to market.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Strategy Manager, you will oversee opportunities, deploy strategic plans, and optimize go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Key Account, Shopper Marketing or Category Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Multitasker, organized, able to meet deadlines with urgency.
• Able to weigh relevant aspects and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic launch plans across channels to maximize market potential.
• Partner with Sales to align retailer needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate strategies into channel-specific sales plans.
• Lead internal ideation and approval for customer-specific items and platforms.
• Manage Opportunity Identification (OP ID) to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
• Communicate brand initiatives through Sales webinars and provide strategic direction.
