Job summary

BlackLine in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Revenue to own the preparation, delivery, and refinement of key revenue metrics, including ARR and renewal trends, across multiple product lines and geographies.

You will forecast and analyze revenue, investigate discrepancies with cross-functional partners, enhance forecasting models and dashboards, and translate deal structures into financial forecasts while collaborating with Sales, Revenue Accounting, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• CPA or advanced degree required.
• Experience in a public company and SEC reporting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Monthly analysis of revenue and billings variances vs. plan and forecasts.
• Forecast, analyze, and interpret revenue performance across product lines and geographies.
• Identify and resolve revenue-related discrepancies with cross-functional partners.
• Enhance and scale revenue forecasting models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and FP&A on deal terms and revenue impact.
