Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue to lead revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis. You will build models, support management decisions, and partner with business units to drive KPI insights and revenue growth.

Role requires 5+ years in FP&A with revenue focus, advanced Excel, and proficiency in Hyperion/Oracle. MBA and Power BI experience are a plus, with a bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of FP&A experience with revenue analysis, forecasting, reporting, or revenue P&L ownership.
• Experienced in building and challenging financial models with validated assumptions.
• Strong data integrity and ability to present insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Model Building: develop and enhance financial models for revenue scenarios.
• Financial Analysis: analyze operating revenue, plans, and business metrics for decision support.
• Business Partnering: identify KPIs and provide insights on drivers and outlook.
• Strategic Planning: assist management with growth initiatives and margin improvement.
• Learn: continuously expand knowledge of ADP revenue framework and drivers.
