Quorum Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle Management Analytics team. This remote position reports to the AVP of RCM Analytics and requires strong analytical skills, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with operations and clients to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes deep understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, healthcare reporting, and KPI measurement, with no direct supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Accounting.
• Experience supporting executive leadership through advanced analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support analytical projects that help Revenue Cycle Operations monitor performance and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and reporting solutions.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with operational stakeholders to understand reporting needs and assist in developing reporting requirements.
• Present analytical findings and reporting results to department leaders and business partners.
• Collaborate with BI Developers to support report development, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
• Build collaborative working relationships with operational teams and business partners.
• Support consistent reporting definitions and validate KPI calculations across assigned reports.
