Job summary

CoxHealth in Missouri is seeking a Clerical Team Lead to supervise the clerical staff, align daily work with the clinic's mission, goals and budget, and uphold performance standards. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, patients and external agencies, exercise initiative and independent judgement, and solve problems to ensure smooth clinic operations.

A high school diploma is required; 0–2 years experience preferred.

Responsible/accountable for leading the clerical team following the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the clinic. Utilizes knowledge of organizing, delegating and supervising. Must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies.
