Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Billing Manager to lead the Central Business Office and drive day-to-day operations of patient and insurer accounts receivable, cash posting, and refund processing. The role requires direct supervision of frontline staff and a focus on performance, compliance, and patient experience.

The Senior Billing Manager translates high-level Revenue Cycle strategy into daily execution, coaching, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Direct supervisory experience required; experience managing supervisors or team leads preferred.
• Experience across multiple revenue cycle functions, including A/R management, cash posting, and patient financial services.
• Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance reimbursement, denials management, and collections practices.
• Fertility or reproductive healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline employees and supervisors across all CBO functions with a visible leadership presence.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide timely coaching and corrective action.
• Ensure staff are trained on systems, policies, and compliance requirements during onboarding and changes.
• Manage A/R to maximize cash flow and reduce aging while remaining compliant.
• Oversee call center operations, including service quality and patient satisfaction.
