SimonMed is seeking a Revenue Cycle Leader in Scottsdale to oversee accurate insurance and patient payments across multiple channels. You will co-own reconciliations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timely resolution of credit balances and refunds.

The role requires extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience and proven leadership, with responsibilities spanning governance, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration in a high-volume setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience managing revenue cycle operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee timely, accurate application of insurance and patient payments across ERA, EFT, ACH, lockbox, credit card, check and other channels.
• Co-own reconciliation of posted payments to bank deposits and GL activity in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, payer requirements, regulatory standards, and financial controls with emphasis on refunds and credit balances.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve credit balances, overpayments, and misapplied transactions, including refunds.
• Establish KPIs for productivity, service levels, and quality, and oversee QA of postings, refunds, and credits.
• Develop departmental strategies, workflows, policies, and performance standards for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Billing, Denials, Finance, payer representatives, banks, vendors, IT, and offshore teams to resolve issues.
