Azalea Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Account Specialist to manage day-to-day billing for assigned client accounts. You will act as the primary liaison, handle charge entry, claims submission, posting payments, and AR resolution while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing or revenue cycle processes is required.
• Ability to handle HIPAA guidelines and protect patient information.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, claims processing, and AR management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with data entry and office software tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between RCM and client, ensuring timely task completion.
• Post payments, file claims, and monitor claim status via clearinghouse reports.
• Research and resolve denied or outstanding claims; identify trends for escalation.
• Generate patient statements and process refunds; assist with month-end processing.
• Maintain client-specific workflows and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Provide high level customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
