Job summary

National Data Solutions is seeking a revenue cycle practitioner who can explain complex RCA to CFOs and health system executives, lead a growing team, and bring in new clients through their network. You will own engagements from origination to delivery, including payer contracts and pre-bill controls.

Role is fully remote in the US, reports to the CEO, with a base salary of $250,000 plus uncapped operating contribution and phantom units. Expect travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading revenue cycle at a multi-site provider or a healthcare consulting practice.
• Proven ability to present results to CFOs and executive boards.
• Strong network of provider executives for originations and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Originate new clients and statements of work.
• Lead executive-level client relationships and governance.
• Perform the work on engagements including denial/AR management and pricing.
• Lead RCM consultants and analysts and collaborate with product teams.
