Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and fiscal management principles.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience working with billing, collections, and accounts receivable management.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and financial systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all revenue cycle operations and leadership.
• Establish and monitor billing and accounts receivable procedures; ensure timely submission of claims.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with fiscal staff and leadership to optimize workflows and relationships with payers.
