Job summary

You will support onboarding, access provisioning, and regulatory-aligned system improvements while collaborating with operations, digital, and enterprise teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain onboarding access documentation and processes; support onboarding and access provisioning for new hires.
• Lead system and process projects from planning through implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as Revenue Cycle SME for digital initiatives; coordinate monthly digital communications and automation opportunities.
• Partner with team leaders to translate project changes into actionable workflows and training materials.
