Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar.
• A Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst should have 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with patient accounting systems and reviewing claims and remittances in imaging systems.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Experience managing projects and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess current revenue cycle processes and workflows and identify efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management teams to streamline processes.
• Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and distribute monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
