Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to develop and maintain expert knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace, PBM industry, and CVS data warehouses. You will analyze client data to ensure competitive, profitable pricing offers and support pricing partners with actionable insights.

You will use Excel, SQL, and R, coupled with data modeling and statistical analysis, to define analytical solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets.
• Demonstrated experience using business analytics to problem solve data‑driven questions.
• Ability to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy‑to‑understand way.
• Ability to appropriately prioritize competing client requests to ensure focus on highest impact activities.
• Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner; leverage team resources to support assigned clients; help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
