The ideal candidate has Epic Resolute/Clarity certifications, strong data analysis skills with SQL/Tableau, and a track record of leading change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert in multiple revenue cycle operations and technical tools.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, data, and implement improvements.
• Work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
• Certified in Epic revenue cycle modules or will obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle operations for Northwestern Medicine.
• Partner with owners across revenue cycle to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Document policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Extract historical data for risk, trends, and forecasting.
• Lead change initiatives, manage teams, and report progress.
• Coach junior staff in data management and process improvement.
