Responsibilities

• Create monthly analytics workbook for clinical departments and service lines focusing on gross revenue, denials, cash, and coding metrics.
• Present analytics workbook to clinical leadership on a recurring basis.
• Identify revenue improvement opportunities through data analysis and process review.
• Manage implementation of process improvements with clinical and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests across departments.
• Support strategic planning and monthly analytics rollouts for additional departments.
