Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a data analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret Revenue Cycle data to support data-driven decisions. You will generate regular and ad hoc reports, collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to gather requirements, and help enhance reporting processes for improved data accuracy.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 6 years of equivalent experience, plus Epic certifications and data modeling experience (Caboodle, Clarity, Cogito).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely-related field is required.
• In lieu of degree, six years of relevant work experience will be accepted as well.
• Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Revenue Cycle Information Systems preferred, with focus on reporting KPIs, AR analysis, and process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for Revenue Cycle.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to assist in understanding business performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet needs.

Education
