Qualifications
- Curious and detail‑oriented when it comes to how usage is measured, attributed, and billed across products.
- Strong grasp of cloud cost drivers, usage attribution, and spend analysis.
- Familiar with cloud billing models (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data exposed via APIs.
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on usage metering and Cloud Cost Management within Technical Solutions.
- Lead escalations involving usage spikes, billing anomalies, or quota enforcement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve usage visibility and billing transparency.
- Build internal guides and customer-facing content to handle billing and cost questions.
- Enable Solutions team by running training sessions and creating scalable resources.
- Surface customer feedback to shape roadmap for visibility and cost management.
