Talanto is seeking a Technical Escalations Engineer 2 in the US-East region to drive revenue and cost management through deep technical troubleshooting and collaboration with Product and Engineering. You’ll own usage visibility, assist with billing questions, and craft scalable resources for internal and customer-facing use.

• Curious and detail‑oriented when it comes to usage measurement, attribution, and billing across products.
• Strong grasp of cloud cost drivers, spend analysis, and attribution.
• Familiar with cloud billing models (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data exposed via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on usage metering and revenue-impacting behavior across product lines.
• Lead escalations involving usage spikes, billing anomalies, or limits enforcement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve visibility and billing fairness.
• Build internal guides and customer-facing content for cost management and observability.
• Enable Solutions teams by running trainings and scalable resources for cost discussions.
• Surface customer feedback to shape the roadmap for usage visibility and cost management.
