Thornton Tomasetti seeks a Revenue Controller to oversee the US and Canada revenue cycle, ensuring compliant revenue recognition under US GAAP and ASC 606. This role combines technical accounting depth with cross-functional partnerships and process-improvement leadership.

Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will lead revenue analysis, strengthen internal controls, mentor the Revenue Advisory Lead, and partner with business teams to inform strategic decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue recognition for US/Canada, ASC 606 and internal policies.
• Lead revenue analysis, trend reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Supervise the Revenue Advisory Lead and provide coaching.
• Partner with business on revenue-related topics to influence decisions.
• Own revenue-related audit deliverables and assist external audits.
• Improve internal controls framework over revenue processes.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align practices and policies.
• Drive process improvements and automation in the revenue cycle.
• Develop consistent revenue accounting policies across the business.
