Strata Decision Technology in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting to lead the revenue function under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. You will oversee monthly closes, advise on complex SaaS contracts, and partner with Sales, FP&A, and Ops to scale growth.

Ideal candidate has extensive revenue accounting leadership experience, strong communication, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced tech environment. Salary is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong revenue accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company.
• Experience mentoring accounting professionals.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of revenue accounting and revenue recognition per ASC 606.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes.
• Review contracts to determine revenue recognition treatment.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal on contract terms and accounting implications.
• Oversee deferred revenue, AR, reserves, commissions, and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls over revenue accounting and SOX compliance.
