Job summary

Bright Data Ltd. is seeking a sharp Revenues Controller to own revenue accounting processes within a growing finance team. You will manage monthly revenue recognition under US GAAP ASC 606, prepare schedules, and collaborate with Billing, Sales Ops, and CS to ensure contract-to-revenue accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a CPA with Big 4 background, advanced Excel skills, and 3–5 years in finance. Experience with Priority ERP or Salesforce is a plus. This role reports to the VP Finance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• CPA with Big 4 background.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP / ASC 606.
• Tech orientation with AI tooling to automate workflows.
• Experience with Priority ERP or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly revenue recognition process per US GAAP ASC 606.
• Prepare and review revenue schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Bookkeeping, Billing, Sales Ops, and CS to ensure contract-to-revenue accuracy.
• Support the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and requests with timely, accurate responses.
• Assist in revenue reporting packages for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors on revenue-related audits.
• Manage customer invoice submissions and PO processes for large accounts.
• Identify and implement revenue process improvements and automation.
• Support ad hoc revenue analysis as needed.
• Report to VP Finance.
