Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Manager, Marketing Automation Super Admin to own Marketo architecture, governance and platform stability while leading a team of admins in a remote, home-based role.

You will collaborate with Salesforce, IT and analytics to drive end-to-end automation initiatives, define standards and help scale the Marketo–Salesforce ecosystem for a global B2B environment. The role requires 10+ years of Marketo experience and strong cross-functional communication.

Competenze

10+ years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience in enterprise environments.
Strong background in B2B marketing automation and complex lifecycle models.
Proven experience as a senior Marketo administrator, business analyst, and functional consultant.
Deep expertise in Marketo order of operations.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integration and B2B data models.
Experience working within large, multi-tool marketing technology ecosystems.

Mansioni

Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Marketo within the enterprise technology stack.
Define and enforce Marketo standards, order of operations, and best practices.
Lead a team of platform administrators and serve as primary escalation point with Adobe Marketo Support.
Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and Analytics on end-to-end lifecycle and automation initiatives.
Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and best practices.
Own and optimize the Marketo–Salesforce integration and data synchronization.
