Qualifications

• 3+ years of revenue management, FP&A, or analytics experience in hospitality/cruise/travel
• Advanced Excel and BI tools for data visualization and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving; translate data into actionable strategies
• Experience presenting to senior executives
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business (Master's a plus)

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, inventory, and demand to optimize itineraries
• Build revenue forecasts and identify risks/opportunities
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership weekly
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for revenue trends
• Develop models to measure pricing and promo impact
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Collaborate with Finance for accurate reporting
