• Research and report variances against budget and forecast; identify root causes.
• Assist monthly close with journals, accruals and variance explanations.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and support budgets and forecasts.
• Communicate with cross‑functional teams; prepare leadership presentations.
• Understand cost drivers and help improve financial processes.
