Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to own day-to-day revenue and marketplace operations, manage monthly close procedures, and oversee revenue accounting in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with Deal Desk, Strategy Ops, FP&A, and Business Applications to ensure accurate financial reporting and scalable processes, including NetSuite integrations and revenue metric visualization using Sigma and Claude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA a plus.
• 2–3+ years of revenue accounting or public accounting.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM and Salesforce.
• Experience with Sigma, Claude, and Zone Billing highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable tasks.
• Ability to automate processes with Sigma, Claude, or other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within special projects to automate revenue reporting and visualize KPIs.
• Own the evaluation of the accounting impact of contract restructures and modifications in NetSuite.
• Own key month-end processes, including review of subscription data within NetSuite and fluctuation analyses by customer.
• Design, perform, and automate data reconciliations across critical system integrations.
• Partner with the Business Applications team to drive ongoing process improvements across the Quote-to-Cash stack (Salesforce, Zone Billing, NetSuite ARM).
• Advise Deal Desk, Strategy Ops, and FP&A on accounting matters and deal structures, including contract cancellations.
• Perform SSP analysis and updates to revenue recognition rules and allocations.
• Manage the preparation and review of audit support schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and review key revenue reports and metrics including ARR, RPO, and disaggregated revenue.
