Job summary

Artera seeks an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services. You will partner with AI initiatives to automate invoicing, reconciliations, and rev-rec workflows while ensuring ASC 606 compliance.

The role collaborates with Sales, RevOps, and FP&A, leveraging NetSuite and Salesforce to scale revenue operations in a fast-growth healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting with SaaS focus.
• Deep working knowledge of ASC 606 for SaaS/subscriptions.
• GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to leverage agentic AI tools to automate workflows.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce revenue management.
• Background in high-growth SaaS/healthcare tech or B2B software.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue recognition schedule across SaaS, usage-based fees, and services.
• Review contracts for multiple performance obligations and renewals.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing and close.
• Oversee NetSuite invoicing and deferred revenue schedules.
• Execute month-end close and deliver reconciliations and journals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and FP&A on SaaS metrics.
• Develop ASC 606 policies and SOX-compliant documentation.
