3D Systems seeks a Senior Revenue Accountant to manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, SSP modeling, and complex multi-element contracts. This remote US role collaborates with Sales, Legal, and Order Management to ensure accurate revenue reporting and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in revenue accounting, a degree in accounting/finance, and preferably a CPA. Advanced Excel and Oracle ERP experience are a plus, supporting audits and disclosures.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts to determine ASC 606 revenue accounting for each arrangement; prepare manual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain SSP models to allocate revenue among multiple performance obligations.
• Manage accounting for complex multi-element arrangements and provide business insights on ASC606 applications.
• Assist with revenue disclosures in filings and prepare detailed revenue reporting with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, and legal to evaluate contracts and revenue implications.
• Design and implement internal controls over revenue recognition; support audits as needed.
• Identify process improvements in revenue accounting and share best practices with management.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, including the application of Standalone Selling Price (SSP) models, contract review and the management of multi-element arrangements. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with revenue accounting standards while supporting the organization’s growth.

What You'll Do:

• Revenue Recognition: Review customer purchase orders and contracts to determine the appropriate ASC 606 revenue accounting for each arrangement. Prepare related manual journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Standalone Selling Price Models: Maintain SSP models to appropriately allocate revenue among multiple performance obligations in contracts.
• Multi-element Arrangements: Manage and execute accounting processes for complex multi-element arrangements, ensuring each component is recognized in accordance with the applicable accounting standards. Research transactional histories and provide the business insight on application of ASC606 for specific transactions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Assist with revenue related disclosures in the Company’s public filings. Prepare and update detailed revenue reporting including variance analysis, revenue trends and product line level details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales operations, order management and legal, to evaluate contracts and assess revenue implications.
• Internal Controls: Design and implement effective internal controls over revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Maintain appropriate rigor over the performance of existing process and entity level controls in areas of responsibility.
• Audit Support: Support successful, timely completion of internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and participating in walkthroughs and other information sessions around revenue recognition policies and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue accounting function and recommend best practice examples for consideration by management.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

CPA License (preferred)
