3D Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead Production and Warehouse operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and NPI to ensure readiness and continuous improvement.
You will develop a high-performing team, apply Lean principles, and maintain compliance with EHS and ISO 9001 standards while managing budgets and staffing needs.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading Production and Warehouse operations to safely manufacture and deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for production supervisors, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing employees while ensuring efficient execution of production schedules, inventory management, material flow, and shipping operations.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support manufacturing readiness, implement engineering changes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role is accountable for building a high-performing organization through employee development, operational discipline, Lean Manufacturing principles, and a culture focused on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, ISO 9001 quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, with proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
