Job summary

3D Systems Corporation is hiring an Audit Specialist for the Global Order Management team. This fully remote US role supports internal audits across global operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and remediation of findings.

You will coordinate audit activities, manage deliverables and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with audit teams and stakeholders to strengthen controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auditing experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Knowledge of SOX, ASC606 or equivalent regulatory standards.
• Strong audit methodologies and remediation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for monthly exception audits.
• Manage the exception audit report on a weekly basis.
• Pull booking packages required for audit and consult with order managers on missing items.
• Report audit findings to management and remediate to satisfy requirements.
• Facilitate communication between audit teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit deliverables and action plans.
• Monitor progress and follow up on audit items for timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop audit process improvements and train stakeholders.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Audit Specialist for the Global Order Management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all internal audit activities across our global Order Management operations. You will collaborate closely with audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and remediate audit findings.

This position is fully remote within the United States!

What We're Looking For

• Prepare and present audit status reports and findings to senior management and audit committees.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• College Degree in related field of study or equivalent years’ of experience.
• 5 years of experience auditing in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, ASC606, etc).
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Must work well autonomously with little supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audit management software and ERP systems (e.g., AuditBoard, Oracle, SalesForce).
• Experience with Excel and BI reports.
