Job summary

The Ladders-backed client is seeking a Sr. Institutional Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

The role focuses on building and expanding strategic relationships with mid-market plan sponsors and advisors, partnering with service teams to support client success and drive multi-year account strategy. Location is remote for US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with 3+ years in retirement plans.
• Experience managing relationships with plan sponsors and advisors.
• FINRA 6, 63, 65 (or 7/66) required.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and retirement plan regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with mid-market plan sponsors and advisors.
• Lead integrated service teams to support client relationships.
• Conduct quarterly committee meetings to discuss plan health and enhancements.
• Develop multi-year strategies to increase profitability of client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
• Execute strategic business plans aligned with client goals.
• Support client onboarding and participant transition processes.
