Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of retirement plan administration and governance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 401(k) administration, compliance testing, audits, and fiduciary governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and administration for 401(k) and profit-sharing programs.
• Oversee retirement plan compliance, filings, audits, and notices.
• Own annual profit-sharing calculations and allocations with Finance, vendors, and auditors.
• Serve as technical contact for recordkeepers, advisors, and plan auditors; manage service quality and reporting.
• Advance fiduciary governance through committee materials and documentation.
