Job summary

Alta Trust Company seeks a Manager of Retirement Product Services to lead our collective investment trust, group trust and unitized managed accounts business. You will guide strategy, operations and client service for retirement products, working with recordkeepers, custodians and asset managers.

The ideal candidate has extensive retirement-industry experience, strong leadership and a client-centric approach, with the ability to drive growth and ensure high-quality service across our vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent retirement-industry experience.
• Professional retirement credentials preferred (QKA, QKC, QPA, CPC, CIMA).
• Eight+ years in retirement industry, with at least 3 years of leadership.
• Experience coordinating with recordkeepers, custodians, asset managers and other providers.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while managing daily operations.
• Deep knowledge of retirement plans (401(k), 401(a), 403(b), IRA, pensions).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of collective investment trusts, group trusts, and unitized accounts.
• Manage fund launches, onboarding, account establishment and service-provider coordination.
• Serve as primary operational contact for recordkeepers, custodians and asset managers.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, controls and risk-management measures.
• Own and resolve client-service issues promptly.
