Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice and education to participants in employer-sponsored plans.
• Guide participants through key decision points influencing long-term financial success.
• Maintain proactive, personalized engagements and broad client relationships.
