Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs and retirement products/services.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers through personalized service and respond to plan and policy questions.
• Explain policies and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Retain assets by educating on plan options and distributions.
• Guide customers through retirement planning decisions and tax implications of distributions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
