Empower is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to guide participants in employer-sponsored plans toward retirement goals. You will educate on investment options, distribute plans, and build trusted relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, 2+ years in financial services, strong sales aptitude, and proficiency with Windows and Salesforce. Role offers onsite flexibility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services or advisory fields.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations (or 63 & 65) required.
• Ability to manage priorities and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer plans.
• Educate on managed accounts, distributions, and tax implications.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with strong follow‑through.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to support customers.
