Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Strong sales track record with ability to educate and guide clients.
• Knowledge of IRAs and qualified retirement plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants.
• Lead conversations on managed account solutions and distributions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Educate customers on plan features, tax implications, and investment options.
