Job summary

Wealthspire is seeking a retirement plan administrator/consultant with a strong background in plan administration and client service. The role emphasizes proactive client meetings, issue resolution, and expert guidance on complex retirement plan matters.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in retirement plan administration, solid Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field (experience in lieu of degree considered).
• Minimum of five (5) years of directly related work experience in retirement plan administration and consulting.
• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Effective oral, written, interpersonal and computer software skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and nurture client relationships (front line and decision makers).
• Act as a resource on compliance issues; perform reviews and communicate issues to clients.
• Proactively schedule and attend regular meetings with clients to ensure needs are met.
• Independently consult and advise with clients on complex retirement plan issues.
• Coordinate data collection and presentation preparation for client meetings.
