Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Plan Administrator to manage the full administration cycle for defined contribution plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with clients, advisors, and support staff to design and maintain plans, review contributions, and oversee distributions.

You will serve as a trusted consultant, handling plan data analysis, reporting, and coordination with TPAs and credentialed professionals, while pursuing ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of retirement plan administration and consulting experience.
• Credentialing (QKA, QKS, QKC, QPA; AKS, APA, APR; ERPA; CPFA, QPFC) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full administration cycle for defined contribution plans.
• Perform non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 415, etc.).
• Calculate and allocate employer contributions.
• Review distributions and QDROs; reconcile trust assets and census data.
• Support plan conversions and coordinate with TPAs, advisers, and clients.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client block and guide plan design.
• Summarize plan data for Advisors and Consultants; stay current on ERISA developments.
• Participate in ongoing credentialing and professional development.
