Job summary

F-Prime Capital is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator to join our dynamic Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team. You will be responsible for compliance testing, government reporting, and providing excellent consulting services to clients. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a passion for helping people.

This role will be based in Austin and will follow a hybrid work model, offering flexibility while providing access to collaborative offices.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, based on comparable positions in metro areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Retirement Plan Administration experience.
• Exceptional understanding of plan administration and compliance testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct year-end testing for DC plans.
• Provide consulting services to sponsors and advisors.
• Answer client service team questions about retirement plans.
