Job summary

Vestwell, a financial technology company powering the new savings economy, is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administration professional to join our RPA team in New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale. This role supports annual compliance testing and plan terminations for large and small plans, with a flexible hybrid/remote work option for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Experience in retirement plan administration for qualified plans, including IQPA audits.
• Strong understanding of plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Passion for helping people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
• Proven ability to think analytically and work independently within set deadlines.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• QKA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Year-end testing for defined contribution plans.
• Answer questions from the client service team on retirement plan subjects.
• Assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections.
• Provide consulting services to sponsors and advisors as needed.
