Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Coordinator to manage a book of business and provide day-to-day service for American Funds bundled plans. You will serve as the main contact for financial professionals and plan sponsors, researching issues and coordinating timely resolutions.

You will apply deep retirement plan knowledge to analyze plan health, discuss options, and support change processes while delivering clear guidance and timely testing results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-depth retirement plan knowledge, including retirement plan design, terminology, regulations and procedures.
• Stay informed of Capital Group's products, policies and applicable regulations.
• Ability to resolve complex inquiries using available resources and collaborate with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business and provide day-to-day service for American Funds bundled plans, as main contact for financial professionals and plan sponsors.
• Research issues, coordinate timely resolutions, and advise on plan design changes by analyzing plan health.
• Consult and coach financial professionals/sponsors through change processes and testing requirements.
