Job summary

Capital Group in the United States is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will identify the needs of firm and representatives and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to strengthen Capital Client Group presence and deliver results with brokerage firms.

You excel at delivering engaging presentations, set goals, and measure performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication with financial intermediaries.
• Licenses: Series 7, 63, 66 or equivalents; designations AIF/AIFA/PPC/CIMA/CFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate efforts with Wealth Management Wholesalers.
• Manage Capital Client Group presence and drive results with key brokerage firm representatives.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations and collaborate with senior sales team members.
