Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Defined Contribution Retirement Consultant in Southern California to support retirement plan opportunities with advisors and consultants. You’ll synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and drive capital placement of American Funds.

You’ll collaborate with Retirement Plan Counselors in the field, present compelling solutions, and help expand our retirement plan offerings while upholding Capital Group’s client-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a SIE to apply.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses or the ability to obtain them.
• Experience in defined contribution/retirement plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble retirement plan opportunities with advisors and consultants.
• Identify gaps, pricing and product-fit for retirement plans.
• Present solutions to American Funds and guide plan placement.
• Represent Capital Group at industry events, webinars, and meetings.
